      After you buy a car there, the salesman (Simon) calls and tries to harass you into buying another one, in spite of being told to quit calling. Don't buy a car there unless you want someone harassing you at work.

      WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST dealership ever!!!!! The service department is run by idiots. When I have gone there they send me to the oil change place for any service and swear all the parts are in stock without even checking. WASTING MY TIME, LYING TO ME. The oil change place is where they sent me to fix the tire pressure sensor. This was after 5 attempts by their service department to fix the sensor. NOTHING BUT BS from Honda Katy. Took the car to Honda in Conroe and in 2 minutes the problem was fixed. Honda Katy had NO CLUE how to fix the problem. In the past when I have take the car there, they only address what they want. The y never completely addressed all my issues. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

      I am shocked by the pricing Honda Cars of Katy is trying to charge! $3,083 for a protection package and a $5000 market adjustment! It's a total of $11,000 over MSRP! No, thank you! I found other dealers like Easy Honda, where I found fair and reasonable pricing for a Honda CRV Hybrid. TOTAL PRICE GOUGING! I've owned 7 Hondas, but this makes me want to switch to something else. The CRV is nice but not the highest-rated and has obvious flaws. SMH

      I am disappointed with Honda. The vehicle I leased is a 2021 Civic. The radar system was damaged and I was told it required “reaiming”. I paid $340, and within a few weeks the issue got worse. I took the vehicle back, and was told the radar should have been replaced and “sometimes we don’t get it right” and I had to pay $1500. 1. The vehicle has less than 20k miles, should have a warranty. 2. I attempted to contact management 7 times and they have not responded. 3. I left a note for Charlie Leach, to include multiple voice mails. He finally called back a week later, I missed the call, and within minutes tried to call him back. I left another voicemail and he has not returned my call after another week has passed. 4. I also emailed IheanachoOrabuchi This individual did not respond.

      Advertised a Vehicle on Autotrader for 20029.00 when I went to purchase the vehicle they tried to add a Reconditioning fee on top of the asking price and TT&L. Complete False advertising. They Started at at almost $5000.00 Reconditioning fee and then came down to $39995.00. Dealership is dishonest could never get a answer on what there actual TT&L Fee's. They would never actually give me a actual price for the vehicle without the RECONDITIONING Fee.

      I purchased the lifetime oil change plan and was recently informed that it will no longer be honored due to new ownership. They are not offering refunds on the plan. They want me to pay if you want an oil change by them.

      Honda Cars of Katy are a bunch of CROOKS. They actually try to manipulate paperwork right in front of you thinking you are as dumb as they talk. I could not believe the fees and stunts they were trying to pull and add to the price.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

      AVOID HONDA CARS OF KATY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I have serviced my Honda pilot there for years, but the ownership change has made this place extremely bad. Went in for an AC problem, and the next thing they tell me is that power steering gearbox is critical and needs to be replaced for 2K. During that repair they say the power steering pump needs to be replaced and other new repairs. Now I am up to $5,500 in repair charges and the car is still not ready after two weeks there. It is my belief they either are incompetent or fraudulent. In either case, they will not work with you or take any responsibility for their own fault in causing problems. Still don't have car back. Avoid this place. They will overcharge you for any service, and in my opinion find things to repair that don't need to be repaired. Avoid this place unless you want to get ripped off.

      Alert!!! Never Never go to Honda Cars of Katy service center. It’s fraud service center. I paid for brake pads and brake fluid change. Spent 4-5 hours at service center. As soon as I’m out from that location, getting squeaky noises. Took back to them and spent another half a day. They said it’s fixed. Again it’s same squeaky noise issue. Went back to them 3-4 times and the result is same. This time, I took to different Honda dealer, they checked and said it’s after market pads and brake fluid needs to be changed (already I paid brake fluid change at Honda cars of katy, but they never changed). For confirmation, I took it to other shop and they said same thing. I went back to Honda cars of katy to get money back. The service manager don’t care to listen to me and my issue. Because he already knows that they didn’t change brake fluid and used after market pads. I asked for refund and compensation for my time. They said NO. Talked to his manager and he also said same. They can only offer SORRY for this fraud service. Informed Honda and my credit card company and they are working to refund.. I will never go this service center again

      I paid $400 for 5 years of oil change services. The dealer will not honor it, saying it has a new owner, even though it still operates as "Honda Cars of Katy". Stay away from this dealer.
