            In the winter we went without heat now in the hundred + degree weather we are regularly without ac. I'm diabetic and my son is asthmatic with nose bleeds in extreme heat. I work outside in the heat and come home at 6am to to a 92 trailer. I feel sick, we stayed in a hotel a couple days last week just to be in the cool air. No modifications are made to the rent even though these conditions have been unlivable.

            I wish I could give this place negative stars. I applied they told me I was approved before verifying anything. I sent in everything and was told everything looked great. I then get notified that my husband application was still being processed and I will get a call back. Then I called back and they say I am not approved and that the money I sent in returned when it didnt then they said my husband had to fill out another application which he did and paid for and they said they dont see it. They are scamming people out of money and lying to people. Not to mention when I called I was very nice about and asked what should I do now because this is confusing and she hung up on me saying she not about to repeat herself when in fact the information I was receiving was completely different from what I was told before. This place is horrible dont ever rent from here! There are so many bad reviews , BELIEVE THEM!!!!!!! they will bait you in and get your hopes up just to steal your money and lie to you.
