Horrible customer service!. A bunch of males walking around like sharks!. I purchase a vehicle on September 14th at the going price of 20,000. I put a down payment of $2,000. The price went from 20,000 to $41,000 after they were done. Now do I have great credit no, I do have Fair credit. I didn't have a problem baying a 2019 vehicle with low mileage at 20,000 my problem is when I asked why was it so high they stated it's not the actual cost. I also have to say and take accountability for my own distraction while trying to get insurance for the car to leave the lot they were throwing all type of paperwork in my face.. when I finally got a chance to look at the paperwork the interest rate was 16%. I immediately took the car back on that Monday because I actually got it on a Saturday and as we know Sunday the car lots are closed. They added so much stuff to this car that I didn't even request, I literally would have been buying the car twice!. After talking to their finance guy who tried to convince me to keep a 2019 used car 20,000 that turned into $41,000 car in an hour. By telling me I will never find a cheap rate and I just have to suck it up , I will not be paying that much if I pay it all on time. I asked him would he pay twice for a used 2019 car he said yes , I told him he's not that wise then. They tried to get me to just leave without signing paperwork that said I even returned the car. In 3 days after returning the car another salesman from there dealership call me, I quote " I see you are not ready to work on your credit" this is the best deal your going to get" " I see paying the interest rate was to high for you" very bully like manner. I said I was ready just not with their company. It's now September 25th I have yet to get my refund of 2000. Everytime I call they forward the call. I just want my money back at this point. This was a horrible experience and I don't encourage anyone to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership.
