            I purchased a 2023 Silver Toyota Tacoma from Mac Haik Toyota in July 2023. It was supposed to include the dealer add-ons that I have included on the yellow slip in the picture that I uploaded. All items were included except for the activation of the ****** that I have circled in the uploaded picture. The ****** was installed but the dealership refuses to activate it because they do not want to pay $500 for the activation fee. They gave me a special deal on this vehicle as a result of ruining the engine in a 2009 Corolla that I had repaired at the dealer. I purchased another 2023 Black Toyota Tacoma from the same dealership in December of 2023. The ****** was installed and activated on that vehicle because they made a profit on that sale that they were apparently satisfied with. This dealership is not honoring their agreement by not wanting to activate the ****** on the vehicle I purchased in July because they apparently did not make a profit on that sale that they were satisfied with. It is not my problem that they ruined the engine in my 2009 Corolla because of their incompetence and had to extend a special deal on the Tacoma I purchased in July. What I am asking is that they activate the ****** device in the 2023 Silver Toyota Tacoma that I purchased in July 2023. This is a **** ****** ******** ****** to give me the activation on the vehicle that they made more profit on and refuse the activation on the vehicle that they made very little profit on because of the deal they had to make as a result their incompetent workmanship.

            My Toyota Camry was the subject of an oil consumption recall. I drove my car to Mac Haik Toyota(2112 Gulf Fwy S, League City, TX 77573) so they could evaluate the oil consumption. The service advisor, Mr. Ralph , noted on , invoice that the "oil consumption complete check level and confirm it was still okay was only half a qt low" indicating that my automobile is in good condition. Next, I spoke with Mr. *******, his service director, and he affirmed the accuracy of the oil consumption test they conducted. Toyota refused to repair my automobile because of Mac Haik Toyota, inaccurate decision-making. I brought my car to Classic Toyota Galveston for an oil consumption test for the second time. ******* ****** ********* performed a diagnostic engine oil consumption test and found that my car engine was burning oil and needed to be replaced. The test that Mac Haik Toyota performed , was completely incorrect, according to the findings from Classic Toyota Galveston. Because of the erroneous test results from Mac Haik Toyota, the Toyota Company did not repair my car for free. Mac Haik Toyota is solely responsible for all the repair costs and other expenses such as court costs. They are responsible for their misleading test result. I hope and pray that no one allows themselves to be treated the way I was treated at Mac Haik Toyota dealership. False advertisement, lack of knowledge about the car, lack of respect, and refusal to accept the fact that their mechanic made a mistake.
