Bought a trailer home from them in March 2023. They came out to do the work on the pad. Rutted our yard and threw used skoal packs by our gate. Then after he finished the pad, The concrete company came and said pad was short. So we had to get 3 loads of sand. 2 to make the pad big enough and 1 to fill ****. Finally delivered June 2023. The dimensions they gave us for the pad was wrong. So I/2 of our skirting is on dirt. When they set up our home they didn't block it correctly which caused the middle to sag. It warped a board. They came out and added some blocks. We asked them about the hump in the roof and the sagging. They said they would send someone to look at it. Never did. Finally They said it was the company who built it. We contacted Champion homes in ********* **. They said it was advantages fault. They recommended we call the ***** housing authority. We did. An inspector came out and when he went under our house he found they didn't block it correctly.So Advantage had to come back out and block it right. Now we have high boards in our floors. You can feel them moving. No one will do anything because of the inspection. They're saying that's all they have to do is what inspector said. But due to them releveling our home we have new stress cracks. We believe that lies were told to make the sell.There is no warranty on appliances. Only manufacturer recall.The builder will not come out as many times as needed. They also refuse to fix anything . We think they're dragging their feet hoping the warranty will expire. We've been trying since July to get our home repaired.
