Well the previous review must have been 1 out of 100 people that Quatro has done wrong and it's sad we have to at least give him one star. If anyone even has the slightest thoughts of using QCB I would look for another contractor. Not only did he make our home more than double in price his craftsman ship is the worst I have ever seen out of any home we have built or lived in for the past 30 years. We know of 3 other homes he has recently built and he has royally screwed up all of our homes. If anyone wants windows with gaps installed or a driveway that pumps mud out of sections while cracking to pieces after one year. Or how about unfinished trim work, doors that don't close properly, Paint that doesn't stick to the walls and flakes off, sheetrock that looks like a 5 year old installed, A/C that's doesn't work properly after paying for all the upgrades, custom garage doors that were ruined by his contractors, roof leaks and water damage that's not his fault!!! This is you guy not to mention the buyer better have plenty of cash flow to cover all his mistakes so set aside double what your contract price is and you may get lucky to have a half put together home once its complete. Just to hear Quatro this is the home that broke the camels back as he rides off into the sunset ruining your dreams of having a beautiful home. If anyone wants years of headaches with a man full of excuses and cannot do any wrong hire QCB to see what we are talking about.
