            They are charging a 3% surcharge on debit card purchases. This unlawful in *****. I told them that and they said it was company policy. I showed them that it was unlawful didn't seem to care

            i bought a new ******* ****** from jackrabbit in 2020. i had one warranty issue and i made an appt for the repair and dropped it off for repairs. it sat there for several days then they called and said they couldnt find the issue. i called the factory for help and they contacted the dealer and told them what they needed to do to repair the unit- (not sure why the dealer couldnt call them?).
            then earlier this month i called the parts dept to get a replacement switch for the unit and they said they were having trouble finding the switch and they would call me back- that was 10 days ago and i havent heard from them yet.

            I reached out to ********** and left a message to discuss his experience with us. This is not how we conduct business here at Jack Rabbit Offroad, and would like the opportunity to make this right. His original issue ended up becoming a service advisory for the Pro XD models. Unfortunately he was just ahead of the resolution that ******* came up with for his issue. We do have three of those switches in stock. As far as not getting a returned call that is completely unacceptable and want to speak to him to see who he spoke with.

            ***** (the general manager) did call me and apologize for the lack of response by his employees, he gave me his personal cell phone to call if there were any other problems. he assured me that he would follow up with the employees involved and try to make sure it doesnt happen again. i am satisfied with his response.
