    Every time I call this office, the employees always answer and can never help with any of my questions or concerned. Stephanie Pruitt is never in her office and never returned any of my phone calls. Ive never experienced such bad customer service. The missed up part is I couldnt even call Allstate for help since stephanie is my agent. Stephanie and her employees never know anything or were never any help. **************** is a 0/10. When I first enrolled my policy with this location customer service was a 10/10 but after I made my 1st payment I just became a customer they didnt care about. Everything went downhill she ruined my car insurance. I went from paying $200 to over $600. Every time I turned around my rates increased! And every time I called the office with concerns Stephanie was never in her office to answer any questions. I told her I was going to leave reviews about my experience. She should not be able represent Allstate locally. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced and her employees are always lost and made false promises to me about my policy ! No help from either her or her employees. She showed no empthaty or concerns after everything that was done. I told her I would be making reviews everywhere that I could. Thanks for nothing but headaches and issues

    ************,While I understand your frustrations over rate increases and the time it takes for our commercial policy billing to update for your uncle's policy, as an agent, I have no control over those issues and can only communicate them to the best of my ability. As far as I can see in our phone, text and email records, we have responded to all of your inquiries. I, personally, texted and spoke with you on the phone extensively regarding both your and your uncle's policies. I apologize if we were ever tied up with other customers and unavailable to you at the moment you reached out, but we make it a priority to respond to all correspondence in a timely manner. If you would like to discuss this further, I am happy to set up a meeting or phone call with you.
