Owner came out a breaker box and and did not label it Try to charge me $300 to come back and label it. Paid hundreds of dollars for a half done job for him to want to charge me $300 more. He over charges and does half the work. He will definitely try to get over on you.

The service provided to the client was provided January 25, 2021 (a copy of the client’s invoice is still on file). All client’s are provided a one year workmanship warranty. Being that it is now 3 years after the service has been provided, the workmanship warranty is expired, and there is a $200 service fee. The client sent me a text message on October 27, 2024 at 1:57pm stating that they had a technician come out to their home that had to turn off some switches in their breaker box. Due to another technician handling the product that was installed, and it has been 3 years since the installation, a service fee of $200 will be applied. My office manager reached out to the client to discuss this matter and the client stated that she had no issues with the service that was provided in 2021 but she wants the service provider to come out and do additional work that she feels should have been done 3 years ago…for free. On the invoice provided to the client the service she is requesting is not a part of the described scope of work. The office manager stated to the client that there is a service fee of $200 since the one year workmanship warranty has expired and it has been over 3 years since the service was provided to the consumer. The consumer was not pleased with that response, began to get very rude and unruly with the office manager and threatened a BBB review because they do not want to pay the quoted $200 service fee since it has been over 3 years (2021) since service was provided.

It wasn't until October 27th, 2024 that I checked the breaker box due to an installation I had scheduled that day that I found that the breaker box job was jot complete. How do you get paid thousands to not complete the job and then say for an incomplete job you should use the warranty? Usually a warranty is if something goes wrong after the job is complete in which the job was never completed. I trusted the company. And to my mistake of trust, didn't realize they never completed the job in the first place. As a result, the company acknowledges they never completed the job and wants to get over on me more by requesting more money to complete the job instead of doing the right thing.
