I had a roof installed by Schulte Roofing & during the installation, there were a few problems.1. There was a problem with the transition that they installed from the roof to the patio ************ had to redo it to correct the problem.2. During the roof installation their workers walked all over my patio cover over & over again. I asked them not to walk on it and they said they were not hurting it and it was strong. They continued walking on it until at the end of the day one of the worker's feet came through as he was walking above my back door. They bent the metal back. ***** emailed that if I ever had a problem with the patio cover they would replace the bent panels.3. During the 12 months after the roof was installed I noticed some water seepage where the patio cover meets the ************* dismissed it as wind-driven rain. I also had a leak where rain came in around the chimney and leaked into the house. ***** had them fix the leak but, kept saying the patio cover was leaking from wind-driven rain.4. Over the years the patio cover leak has gotten worse.I reached out to ***** on July 15th to come out and look at the situation. He came out & said the patio cover was leaking from wind-driven rain. He said the transition pulling up from the roof was not Schulte Roofing's problem & gave me an estimate of $6,130.47 to fix the problem. This was almost what I paid for the roof. I called two other roofers to look at the problem. They both said the transition was not installed properly & was a workmanship issue. They also showed me where the patio cover was bent toward the house & that is why it was leaking. This was right where the guy's foot came through. I am now just getting the run around from ***************************** DO NOT stand behind their work or their word. They make one excuse after another. I am very disappointed in how this situation has been handled and how I have been treated.
