1. Turnstile broke multiple times, where the 2 years we were there we lost track of how many times it broke. We wondered why there wasn't an actual gate, because people would come and park then go shop. (The turnstile entrance by the office was always up, so what is the point in having them if anyone can get it without a fob, even though we had to pay for the fobs.) Waste of money and we notified the office multiple times about it. Never fixed. 2. Last 4 months of our stay here the entry door to our elevator and mail room did not shut, lock, and unlock properly. Anyone could push the door open to gain access to our elevators. VERY UNSAFE CONDITIONS. 3. Sent in multiple complaints about parking. There were 3 cars in our parking area that either had flat tires or just have never moved. These cars were growing cobwebs from the ground, so that is why I know it hasn't moved in a while. In my lease agreement, it says that abandoned cars are subject to be towed. It was very frustrating to enter and have nowhere to park because of these cars that were abandoned in our park lot 6. We were out of A/C for 11 days straight and when we put in multiple service requests we got radio silence. Offices were closed, so I called and left a voicemail for the emergency/A/C problems that were not at night (this is what the voice recording said to do). After multiple voicemails left, we got radio silence. I then went up to the office requesting our A/C to be fixed and they said that the part had been ordered, but we had no idea. The communication was not professional, and left us wondering if you actually cared about your residents. They then offered us the portable A/C unit, and then one of the managers denied it because the only one you all have was already in use. Out of the 230+ apartments they have, they only have 1 portable A/C unit?? I then requested to get prorate for the inconvenience and that was denied. We had to sleep, eat, and live in 80+ degrees without A/C for 11 whole days.
