This has to be the most unprofessional and unethical location Ive been to. My wife and I both go into after we pull up the apps on our phone. I asked the young **** how she was doing and she just stared at me and gave no response. We were having issues bringing up the coupons and as we struggled the young **** never asked if we needed and help. I asked her if she can help us with the coupons redemptions and she told us that she knows nothing about the app. I had to ask her if she could get someone who knew how to work it. The manager I believe is a short older **** of ******** decent. She comes up to help us and she struggled with it also. After 15 minutes we finally place the orders and leave. We get home and look at our food and find my order was wrong and the coupons didnt go through. When my wife checked her bag her order was also wrong but she paid extra for something just to see it wasnt put in the bag. Instead of going back we wrote a complaint to Wendys who sent a email saying that the manager of that location will get back to me. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I posted my issues on ********************** and BBB. This location in *************** on ************ is the worst ever. No one knew how to do their job and the young black girl who cant say hello or may I help you doesnt need to be working with the public. Maybe she was the best they had to work with the public but in my opinion they both need to be fired or given additional training. They took our money, were disrespectful, unprofessional and lacked social skills. The bad service is a reflection of the management team in place. We never went back. Not one call or email from that location. Wendys is not cheap and between both our orders we spent 30 dollars your only 20 dollars worth was in our bag. My next step is a ******** post about our experience. 2 disabled people get their money taken and receive no response to the complaint. Was it work it Wendys? DO BETTER,
