      I reached out to Get Course Done for them to handle a class On my behalf. They guarantee an A in regards to the grade to be received and the assignments would be handled on time. This service has been my worst decision I have ever made. Not only did they miss several assignments, after I repeatedly telling them that when the assignments are to be due they are to be due on time and before due date has passed. I have brought this up to them before and they advised this wouldnt happen again. When thr next test was to be completed, their expert did only 1 part of this test which was Exam 2A. There were 50 questions of which only 48 were answered and only 10 were correct. I expressed my disappointment with this and I was advised that I have to wait until thr second part was done which didnt make sense. The second part of the test started and the their expert waited a whole 30 plus minutes before starting. I sat watching nothing happen. Then all of the sudden they started. The last 3 question were to be written out and they stalled again for 10 plus minutes and ********* started as if they were using AI to complete the answer and my battery went down. I received a text message asking why tht test ended and I advised my battery went down. I verified that this test was submitted and it was. I reached out to ask for a manager and I was ignored until I had to reach again for a second time. I was afraid that I would heard something in 24 hours which I didnt and I had to reach out to them again. I spoke with a so called manager who advised to me that they have the friends laptop I was using he was getting a haircut while the test went on. He was only at one test of which was Exam 1A and 1B. I had to purchase a new laptop and I was handling this Latest Exam. Their expert knew nothing about this subject and i didnt need to pay for a service to just fail it. I can do that alone.

      Hi. I just received a complaint notification of ************************* from BBB. The customer is being catered as per the policies signed upfront at the time of order placement. It states clearly that a refund is applicable only if the requested service is not delivered. The maximum amount of refund we can offer is 50% against the paid amount. No one is allowed to reach a third-party to request a refund as we always respond to the client and respect the signed agreement as well. However, this is possible if someone is not getting the requested services. The client requested for the refund based on "Change of Mind" which is not applicable as per the current policies. We can assist a person if they are not getting what requested but not when the person has changed his/her mind. Moreover, the attitude adopted by ************************* was unbelievable as we was abusing our reputable employees and was not available at the day of services delivery which can be verified by sharing his messages as a proof. We can share the messages to save his right but not doing anything, because of the Data Protection act we are bound to follow.

      We are happy to offer ************************* a refund of 50% upon his request by going against the agreement but, it is possible if he can pay for the damages he did to the company. Which is only possible by removing fake reviews he added on Trust Pilot!

      Looking for a fair response from Better Business Bureau!

      I am rejecting this response because:   There was nothing fake about that I said about the company.  I was told by the company that I would received 100% of what I paid to the company if I took my negative review Id thr company down.  Lets be clear that this company failed numerous test, failed to complete 10 of the 13 lab assignments , failed to do any of the five essay question and any of the discussion questions, and any of the discus in questions that were required to be completed. In addition, 2 of  the exams were not completed on time.  I have the right to make a review of my experience and I stand behind that.  I will however remove my negative review when I receive 100% of my money I paid to this company.

      o Whom it May **************** would like to know the status on the above case.   Since contacting you guys, I received a text message from the company and they first agreed to pay me a full refund of all money paid to them if I remove my negative review about my experience. I advised to them that I will not removed my complaint until i receive full refund first.   Then they accused me of making false negative reviews of which I did not do.    They in turn contacted Trust Pilot that records their reviews in numerous companies and informed them of this lie.  I reached out to Trust Pilot and provided them all text messages and proof of payment regarding this company.  

      Please provide me status on this case please.
