Please do not use this company under any circumstance. I hired them to mitigate the water/mold caused by a shower pan leak after having a mold testing done and a professional protocol put together. They assured me they would follow the protocol but they were sloppy, constantly cut corners, left our home messy, the time line extended went way beyond the anticipated schedule (I was told it would be about 3 days and it took weeks). But most importantly, they did not contain the areas that they were hired to mitigate as the mold protocol required. Because of GET Restoration neglected to contain the contaminated areas other areas of our home, furniture and clothing were exposed to high levels of air born black mold causing damage far exceeding the original cause of loss. GET Restorations neglect and failure to follow the mold protocol, caused us to have to move to temporary housing for an extra 3-4 weeks. The worst part is that when the mold professionals returned to do the standard follow up testing and we learned that there were still high levels of mold present, GET Restoration verbally told me they were going to hire a third party to finish the job, then went **** I ended up having to start over with a different company who did a fantastic job. Get Restorations negligence cost our family money, time and extensive distress. *******, the office manager at GET Restoration, was repeatedly unprofessional. She yelled, used profanity and was repeatedly condescending when speaking with us. They have since attempted to have a collection agency attempt to collect the final payment amount and have threatened to put a lien on our home even though they never finished the job. The licensed mold specialist said he has never seen a mitigation company do this poor of a job in his entire career.
