    The customer service here is awful!!!! I had an item on layaway since end of December. I made 2 payments on it and had two left. March 1st i went to make my third payment and the website said there was an error with my card...then it said payment failed and the button to "pay now" was gone so i called customer service and they said to wait a few hours for the button to be available again. This happened about 5 times until they said i was locked out and would have to try again in 24 hours. This happened for the next 4 or 5 days and finally i had enough. So i asked them what card iade the payments on because i want to cancel the order ...and one payment they said "we can't see that information" and another payment they were able to see!? Well the payments were made on a card i don't have anymore because k closed rhat bank account to switch to a new bank....so i asked them if they could refund.me ont new card they said "no sorry you have to pay for the item or lose your money" even though their website won't lete make the other payments. So i asked for the manager number they said.we can only give you his email.but he's out of office for the week we don't know what say he is back. So I emailed Fernando the manager begging for his help to find some options or solutions for and he said i have to buy the product or lose the money. This is the worst customer service and terrible business. They don't understand things happen ? They can't be flexible at all? They force u to buy their product or lose $1000???????? This is the worst customer service i have ever dealt with.
