    Honda Service are some of the worst LIERS you will ever run into. My Honda has a PHANTOM BREAKING Problem along with other issues. Have brought in it 5 Times for one issue but 2 of those time they will not even put it on the service ticket. Than They LIED to me Via TEXT message stating they were driving car trying to get it to Phantom Break. DUDES I wrote down the milage, NOT ONLY did you NOT drive the Car more than 2 miles , you have Done everything you can get get out of calling the car what it is a LEMON. issues: 1. Main screen turnes black periodicly - picture provided NEVER FIXED 2. looses keys on a regular basis. - car reprogramed 2 times 3. DOES NOT LOCK 1/2 the time. - Welp still not fixed. 4. PHANTOM BREAKING - folks this one is dangerous and has almost caused multiple accidents. and they want me to record it while it is happening. I have given them highway locations, exits, and Multiple dates and time frames. They said they called cooperate and had a professional come out to update and readjust cameras. I returned a week later letting them know that the only change is now the car no longer recognizes items in road like , trees, matresses, chairs, boxes, and asked they call me when they have an idea - THEY GHOSTED ME, when i went to service , service techs dissapear. Brought car in for 3 rock chips, Tire scuff, and PHANTOM breaking. NOT only did they neglect to add it to service list they also LIED to me for 6 Days stating in TEXT MESSAGE that they are driving it while waiting for tire fix. it was driven 2 miles. They did not even check it.
