I had an appointment for my dog at this facility at on Thursday March 17, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. I called Animal Hospital of Westover Hills at 9:28a.m. to let them know that I may be running **** mins. behind. My gps had me getting to the facility at 9:45 a.m. on the dot but I called ahead just incase there was a traffic jam. The woman shown in the photo below who I later found to be the Supervisor answered the phone and said that I would have to wait. I felt that there was a bit of hostility based off her response and said my gps has me getting to your office at 9:45 a.m. to which she replied then I would be good. When I arrived to Animal Hospital at 9:45 a.m., I was reminded that my dog needed a leash which I forgot. She responded with he has to have a leash several times. After I had had requested if they could spare a leash she yelled IM CALLING THE POLICE Being taken back by this I finally lost my cool (which I regret) and replied F*** you B**** and left. My wife called the facility the woman shown in the photo below gave a completely different story saying that she had offered me a lease which as a bold face lie! I advise those and caution to be very careful with the customer service here at **********************.
