I started working in the *********** location in late September and when I started up to December of last year I maintained great numbers high quality scores of 100% and didn't EVER have a problem with my paycheck. December came around and I along with the majority of the site began having system failures which prevented us from doing our jobs. Unfortunately instead of send people home or better yet fixing the issue we as employees continued to go into work not realizing we were beginning to not get paid. This extremely unfair to all the families affected by this company's lack of an HR department, lack of communication, and un organized environment. Alot of peers were never paid again. I being a top performer before my system failure continued to chase after opportunities and promotions and continued to get the run along for months when they finally had openings again I applied and was met with an unfair treatment and consideration being held back from growing within the company due to system issues that we out of my hand. Regardless I put my best foot foward and continued to make myself useful assisting with job duties that we above what my duties were supposed to be and yet not holding any supervisor position. I work Overnights and there's never any managers or HR so we have to depend on Supervisors which some are not qualified to be.. I went above and beyond to stand out doing floor support and nesting supervision duties. In December I had a payment issue it took them 6 days to deposit me and the excuse were my system issues. I am NOT an IT department that is out of my hands and were informed everyday. No resultion to date. This past Friday I wasn't paid again we are at Wednesday now and NOTHING. Its difficult enough to track down a manager. Tonight I spoke with temporary Manager ****** from *****, ** offices. He was rude, combative, and unprofessional. Insinuated I never once did my job says they won't pay and asked me not to come in until my systems are fixed.
