NO STARS!!!! I paid Dr. *********************** $40,000 in full on 08/2021 for full mouth implants. It is now June 2023 and he has YET to deliver to me what I paid him for. A common procedure should not take more than 6-8 months to deliver finals. The Dentist who I hired has not ever treated me during over ***** total visits. After 18 months I started working and I was unable to go during regular hours. I was promised they could see me as early as 7:00 am or after 5:30 pm. Finally, last year an appointment was made for delivery of my finals on 12/15/22. I took the day off without pay. This appointment was made in October 2022. On that morning of 12/15/22, a new employee *******(rude) called me to tell me I would need to come in on Monday 12/19/22 as my appointment was canceled for 12/15. Obviously, I got upset as I could not go in on Monday. She would not schedule an appointment to see me after 5:30 pm as previously promised by *****. I spoke to them again in March and again they refused to work with me on a time I would be able to attend. Considering if the contract would not have been broken on his part I would have had what I paid for. On April 2023 I call office to schedule appointment as I had changed my schedule at work to be able to go on there time. Here I am accommodating them, they made NO effort to do right by the customer. I was out on hold and no one came by on phone. I had to call back using a different phone number so they would not know it was me. She answered and I told them I was put on hold and they never came back on phone. I told her I want to go for what I paid for. She said she would call me back after checking with technician, ****. They NEVER CALLED me back. Today is 6/18/23, as of today they have made no attempt to provide me the service or product I paid for. I was taken for $40,000 and have been put through so much unnecessary additional suffering. This whole ordeal has caused me major depression and suffering with these temporary dentures.
