We have been having issues with them since June. They were referred to us by ********** after we purchased a Tuff Shed garage, so we trusted them. We contracted with them to lay the garage foundation, add a cement circular driveway, and a sidewalk alongside our house as well as do all of the electrical work for the garage once it was erected. They performed faulty work, took our money, and never finished the job. We have been working with their lawyer for a month now and haven't gotten anywhere with him either. We are now pursuing taking them to court. The foundation never passed the Tuff Shed inspection and while they were supposedly working with them to make the corrections, we pursued three bids from other contractors to make the corrections. During this process we discovered that they did not lay any of the concrete properly. It will all have to be removed at the cost of $10,000 and redone, bids varying from $52,000 to $89,000. They did not use any erosion control footings. They did not tamp down the base before laying the rebar and pouring the concrete. They did not use the proper rebar for the garage foundation. They did not join the flatwork sections properly. They did not use any support beams for the 20' x 30' garage, no perimeter or interior footings, no moisture barrier (for the wood garage). The foundation wasn't square. It was 3.5" longer on one side than the other. When they poured the cement they didn't brace it properly and the weight of the cement caused it to bow on one side. Tuff Shed also provided them with specifications for leaving pockets for the garage doors, which they didn't follow at all. We are working with ********** to get them removed from their referral list. We are out $32,000 and now will have to pay another $60-90,000 to get this fixed, not to mention lawyer fees.
