***** Staff will not comment on the specifics of a customer's account, however, standard procedure is as follows:

Due date is the 10th of every month.  If the 10th occurs on a weekend or ***** observed holiday, the payment is accepted without additional fees being assessed on the following business day.  ***** notifies customers once the payment has not been received by the due date (10th of the month) by the communication method which the customer has requested (email or USPS).  Once the late notice has been generated, the customer has approximately 14 days from that date until the date of disconnection.  There is a late fee assessed in the event the customer does not pay the amount due by the due date.  If the customer fails to render payment after that date and not before the 7AM deadline on the date of disconnection, then there is a fee charged for non-payment.  ***** Staff follows the procedures which are defined in the Rules and Regulations.  If an amount is due on an account and not paid in the timeframe specified, then there are fees which are assessed.  There is a calendar on the ***** website which illustrates the due dates, disconnection dates, and other important dates.
