The instructor was very racist keep making comments about the texture of my hair. Stating you don't know how to do your own hair kept getting in my face. Being very rude and disrespectful and telling me they should of told you we don't deal with you type of texture hair. Even though I was not pleased all I got was a wash which you would think you can't mess up I asked could it be washed again because it still had product in it she was like you can go to a beauty shop or do it yourself and telling me what part I don't understand. Told her it was no need to be rude and she kept getting in my face causing a scene and told the student not to touch my hair anymore and then followed me to the front causing a scene and would not let me pay told the girl it's no charge put her on our do not return list. The crazy thing is behind me asking could it be rewashed you started acting very racist and being disrespectful. As a educator myself it's not good practice if something is not correct you are not willing to fix it she is a horrible instructor and I would not recommend her to anyone that wants to be treated with dignity she was very rude. It's funny because she don't know who I am I was a secret shopper who heard she was being rude and treating people of another race differently saw it for myself. Really wanted to press charges on her for getting all in my face you don't do that to people at all.
