            SOUTHLAND FENCE STARTED TO INSTALL 545 LINEAR CEDAR FENCING ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE COMMUNITY FACEING THE ****** PARKING LOT. THE CREW LEFT A SECTION UNCOMPLETED ON A WEDNESDAY AND WAS NOT TO RETURN UNTIL SUNDAY. THE FENCE WAS EXPOSING SEVERAL HOMES AND WAS UNSECURED AND NOT SAFE FOR THE OWNERS PROPERTY. WE WERE FORCED TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO COMPLTED THE OPEN , EXPOSED FENCE. WE HAVE REVIEWED THE WORKMAN SHOP AND MATERIALS USED ON THE FENCE INSTALLED BY SOUTHLAND FENCE. WE HAVE PROVIDED PHOTOS TO SOUTHLAND OF THE NESSARY REPAIRS. WE ARE REQUESTING TO MAKE THE NESSARY REPAIRS TO THE FENCE THEY INSTALLED - THERE IS BOWED PICKETS AND NAIL HEADS INSTALLED TO DEEP IN THE PICKETS. WE ALSO ARE REQUESTING THE REFUND OF $62.00 FROM US HAVING TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE CONSTRUCTION TRASH FROM THE FENCE PANELS BEING REMOVED - WE ONLY RECIEVED A PARTIAL REFUND.

            My fence was a victim of Hurricane Beryl (Hous., TX). Southland wasted no time in sending Bill to assess and provide a reasonable quote. As soon as the weather permitted, Luis immediately dispatched a work crew to install the new fence. They worked tirelessly and expediently. Very satisfied with the customer service and the finished results. Thank you Southland. Would I recommend to others? YES!!! And, thanks to BBB for providing a safe and trustworthy platform to find honest and reputable companies.
