      1. Date of the purchase November 27, 2023 2. There was a zero down payment on the car and a agreed upon price of $ 38.595. 3. Sterling McCall and I signed an Out-The-Door purchase price of $ 38, 595 for 2023 Nissan Rogue. 4. The dispute is the over charge purchase price of the car. I am disputing the price I was actually charged of $ 49532 (which is a difference of$ 10,937.00) 5. Sterling McCall did not try to resolve the problem. I made an appointment to meet with Kolby ****, the General Manager of Sterling McCall; I was told he was in a meeting at the time of our appointment, and that he could not see me. I was then referred to the Finance Manager who informed me that they have a different definition of Out-The-Door price from what is widely priced in the automobile industry. 6. The customer number for the transaction is # 2328183. 7. Advertising: I chose the Dealership because of their ads and the advertized pricings.

      On November 18, 2022 at approximately 12 Noon, I went into Sterling McCall Nissan for an alignment. I was informed by Chris ******* that it would cost $119 and it would take 2 1/2 hours since I brought it in during lunch time. I was called to pick up my truck around 2:30pm. I was told my front right strut was bent and they couldn't do a complete alignment. I asked Chris how that could have occurred as there was no indication of any problem with my struts prior to me dropping my vehicle off as I had just brought it in for a simple alignment as I just purchased new tires. I drove off the lot and as soon as I got on the road, my front right tire was wobbly, my brakes made this spring & popping noise and the traction light was flashing on and off. This was not occurring when I initially dropped my vehicle off. I sped up some and the truck did the same thing. So, I returned to the dealership and informed Chris what was going on. He came back 30 minutes later, telling me a new service technician had been working on my vehicle and that he did something wrong as my suspension was still moving as the car was coming to a stop and that the he would have the head technician look into the issue. I asked what was the update on my vehicle and that I needed to leave for work. He told me that I could drive the vehicle but to be careful and bring the vehicle back on Monday. I was told they had a lot of cars and wouldn't get me today. I made an appointment for the next day, Tuesday, November 22nd at 7am. I returned at 7am and Mr. ******* acted as if he didn’t remember me or the issue with my vehicle. I requested to speak with his manager. Mr. ******* became very irate and angry when I asked to speak to the service manager. The head technician told me what was wrong with the vehicle, I said I just want to know what they did to my truck as there had been no issue prior to me dropping my vehicle off. My vehicle was damaged and is need of repair due to the shop's negligence.

      Purchased a car with cash on May 28th, 2022. Paid Sterling McCall to handle the the title and registration paperwork. Almost four months later I still don't have the title and keep getting the runaround from the dealership, or they say the delay is with my state. I just titled and registered another car here and got the plates same day, and the title two days later.
