I hit a deer on 3/6/24. Initially my vehicle was repaired at Caliber Collision; recommended by my insurance provider. Once I picked up my vehicle from Caliber Collision, my car was jerking and stopping. It was brought to my attention that the repair shop did not do any work under the hood that resulted from the wreck. I was so angry that I didn't want to work with this shop again. My claim representative suggested I take it to the dealership. Unfortunately, Classic, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram on Walton drive failed me as well. Instead of performing a necessary diagnostic, (they only repaired what the claim representative gathered from her notes, they didn't do ANY diagnostic). This oversight led to further wear and tear and more significant issues. I returned to the dealership a second time where they finally conducted a diagnostic and found a damaged gasket. They repaired the gasket but the initial issue was still present. During this time, I moved and had to drive a total of eight hours back and forth to pick up my vehicle. I made plans on a Friday with **** ***** to arrive on Saturday. After driving for hours, I was told by the dealership's relations specialist that payment had not been received from my insurance provider, I was told that I can't get my car because payment wasn't received after driving hours and speaking to **** the day before, I can't understand why I was informed after arriving. Hours Later, they found the payment in an email, and I was able to pick up my car. Two hours into my drive back home, my car started acting up again, jerking and jolting. I was too far away to drive the car back and went to a different shop where I've relocated. Not only was the initial Issue still present, now I’m having issues with the oil line going to the turbo charger and leaking oil. After dealing with this insurance claim for 4 months, the 3rd repair shop/insurance provider deemed my car as totaled as a the cost of the repair exceeded the car's ACV
