2 stars- I gave The Joint 2 points instead of one because the chiropractor was professional and taught me about back stretches. I am 72, and after a house move, a large back muscle started to knot up and cause a lot of pain. I tried The Joint for 4 sessions, no improvement, so my doctor suggested I stop the chiropractor because of the meds she was prescribing. . I called the Joint clinic, and the receptionist said she would contact the manager and have her call me about a refund for the second month I would not attend.. Three days later, after no call back, I called again. She assured me the manager was an extremely busy person and would get back to me very soon. That was Wednesday, and today is the following Tuesday of the next week. Still nothing. The Joint billed me for another month $79 even though I called them and told them I could provide a doctors note. This is fast becoming a nightmare. I feel like I have stepped into an abyss of ignored complaints, phone messages that are never answered, and an unethical company and practices. I cannot find the manager of the Tyler Joint even on the web and the corporate office apparently doesnt handle memberships. Left a message. No response.
