I would like to file a complaint/review regarding discrimination. I have never talked to ******************************* about religion or where I have traveled to when I was a minor. During my chiropractic session on 01/27 she told me "You're a convert". I have Jewish heritage from my grandfather who defected from ************ to ****** and our family came as political refugees to *** in **** because of discrimination. Apparently Malka assumed that I was Jewish by religion and then converted. She spoke with condescension trying to belittle me. She told me that she heard that I moved to ******. "You moved to ******!" was her statement. I was shocked, where did she get that slanderous information from? She refused to tell me. Here in the ************* it is common for young people to go on a Mission and my mother who was a church choir director at the time, encouraged my sister and I to also to go on a mission. As a teenager in **** I have traveled as a missionary to ****** with the rest of the family who's assignment was to help rebuild an old church, sing in the choir, and teach ancient Christian ***** to modern Christians. I am proud of my missionary work for the Church and never converted to any other Faith. I found her comment disrespectful and insulting. Furthermore, during the previous session she talked to her assistant and referred to me calling me a "*******". I confronted her and asked why she did that. She said, "You have an accent!" I explained that I'm an ******** Citizen for over 20 years and that some children who come as refugees keep the accent. She continued arguing with me implying that I was a liar. In conclusion I'd like to say that real ********* do not discriminate against their fellow ********* based on origin, religion, or accent! She should loose her business license for her unprofessional behavior and discrimination.

Nina,I feel like this has become a little bit too much. When we discussed where your heritage is from, it was from conversations that you and I and your father had had in the past. Per your clarification, I now have a better understanding of it. I cannot understand why you would think I was discriminating against you, especially since I clarified that I found your history to be fascinating. I was in fact trying very hard to understand why you were so upset when you started the conversation with me. I do not feel that I was belitting you at all, but rather trying to understand where all of you frustration was coming from. You brought the entire subject up in front of patients (not me) and I personally feel like you have completely misunderstood the entire discussion. No one is "spying" on you, or "recording" you secretly. There is no website "monitoring" you, I do not **** you are a ""Sleeper Agent" or any of the other baseless things you said in your email to me. And my sister was equally as intrigued by your geneology. As I explained when you were bringing this up in the office and then again in my email reply to you. I do not even begin to understand where you had this happen or why you sent that to me in an email making those completely unfounded accusations. I have been nothing but kind and accommodating to you since the first time I met you and have quite frankly grown to care for you and your father. I have apologized for making you feel this way, even though I am completely at a loss to understand how you came to think something so completely out of character about me to begin with. You have truly crossed a line ***** You are slandering me. I will also point out that I am a very proud American who has served this country during Desert Storm. I have also been married to a foreigner and my childeren were baptized into the *************** because of my profound respect for all religious beliefs. I ask you to reconsider whether you want to continue to baselessly lie about me in public like this, or will I be forced to defend myself in the court system?
