            BBB reports on known government actions involving business’ marketplace conduct. The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

            On May 25th, 2022 the business entered into an agreement with the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. The Assurance settles allegations that the business engaged in unprofessional conduct and unlawful conduct that affects its license. Under terms of the Assurance, the businesse's license to practice as a contractor was revoked. The Assurance was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.             June 1st William H***** began work to build us a garage apartment, his promise to finish by July 30th did not happen and the project went on until December 5th, though a CO was obtained the project was not complete, exterior paint was not finished, along with Fashia not being installed, our land was not properly excavated, our interior finishes were "hacked" (ruined), plumbing not correct, electrical poor (1st electrician was not licensed, 2nd one never paid) Roofer not paid, Building supply company not paid, Insulation not paid, along with others. William H***** lies through his built process. Also we have slanted floors, poor workman ship all around. We paid him $73,500.00. He has not provided us any receipts of payments to any of the subs, we have asked over and over through the months and are still asking, he is avoiding us. We have text and emails trails of us trying to resolve this, he will show payments to subs, which leads to believe they are unpaid, they have also told us and put pre liens on our property due to no payments.

            B!ll is very charismatic and convincing. We were super excited when we hired him. He made us think he was the perfect guy for what we wanted to build. We paid him 3% of the bid for Pre-construction fees. A bit later he asked for more money, when we hadnt even broken ground. We started checking in on things he claimed to have done to find that he hadnt done much of anything. Were trying to get our money back from him now, he says he doesnt have it and we cant understand why. Come to find out there are multiple people, vendors, and engineering firms he owes money to. He will make you think your money is in good hands, when in reality he is robbing ***** to pay ****. He is deceitful with the money he requests from you. Do not give a ***** to this man up front as you will receive nothing in return. We have been requesting receipts and proof of work he claims to have done for weeks, and we have received nothing but lip service. Weve lost a lot of money to this guy and a little faith in humanity. Cant believe theres people like this running around stealing hard earned money from good people
