My husband and I called Ncl trucking on last Friday 1/21/2022 to inquire about a sleeper truck that was available. He was sent the financing application to complete and at that time you ****** as his liaison reached out to him. After that initial conversation you seemed very uninterested and unprofessional my husband has yet to talk to you again by phone every time he called you were either unavailable or he got your voicemail but you would text right back all of the communication has been through text even asking him to send his bank statements which has personal information on them. You never provided him with an email address or felt when it came to certain things it was a conversation you shouldve been having by phone instead text. My husband is on his last days of employment because he is trying to become an owner operator he text you multiple times informing you the truck was on a first come first serve base and to follow up with you with majority of the times not receiving a response back or you telling him you still working on it. Before you took a look at our application you were already asking can he put down a substantial amount of money for the purchase of 40% not knowing what our credit *** have approved us for. Now come Wednesday 1/26/2022 my husband text you 10am to follow up which you should have been doing the entire time to get a response at 3pm and the only thing you said was turned down we are trying to make a purchase you are suppose to be our financial advisor you never called us to let us know you got a decision back you never called to elaborate on why we were turned down you never gave us any other options you continued to do everything by text still asking for 40% down but never discussed with us what the bank actually said or anything the entire process was uncomfortable and unprofessional and discouraging. Meanwhile on Thursday me and my husband found another truck for $6000.00 more
