      In 2018 i went and bought this truck paid ******, I never missed a payment till this year missed 3 payments, and called them they said they could not help me, to pay what i can so i sent 200 dollers they repo the truck 2 weeks later then sold the truck for 5100 and say that i owe the difference. the truck was worth at least ******.

      I had purchased a certificate of deposit with America First Credit Union. I needed the money early but was waiting until the maturity date before pulling it out to avoid penalties. I did not want to renew it, however, it was done automatically without my consent. Their website makes it impossible to stop reinvestment without contacting them. So, today (10/2/2024) I called them and told them I wanted to cash it out. He told me there would be a $121.20 penalty for pulling it out. I was shocked and told him I felt this was not fair because I didn't want to reinvest it, he told me I only had until 9/28/2024 to make that decision. This is literally like 4 days late and I didn't want the money reinvested anyway. The penalty felt unfair and excessive. I would like a refund.

      Before transferring money from another bank and opening CD account , I called ********************** and asked to waive incoming wire fees , was transferred to a supervisor ******* who assured me that 2 wire transfer fees will be waived and she added notes on my profile . I transferred money and opened 5 months CD, but I also noticed that 10$ wire transfer fee was charged . I called and America first representative told me she sees notes and submitted ticket , week later I noticed that 10$ fee is still there, called again and another representative submitted another ticket to waive 10$ incoming wire fee as was promised by Supervisor earlier . Today I got voicemail from America First to call back, talked to 2 supervisors and was told that they cant waive the fee and that *******, America first supervisor gave me a wrong information.I would never transfer money and open cd account with them if I knew that I will be charged wire transfer fee! America first should waive the fee as its their supervisors mistake , they should be liable for providing wrong information

      America First Credit Union is reporting late payments from 3/24 and 1/24. During this time it was my slow season at work and was unable to make those payments. I am asking that you please remove the lates on my credit file as a one time goodwill adjustment. I have always been on time with America First and this was the first time I ever missed my payment.

      I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against America First Credit Union regarding a serious issue with a credit card dispute. I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of resolution, the delay, and the unprofessional conduct displayed by America First's customer service representatives. I initiated a dispute concerning a charge from The Riviera on my America First credit card. I provided America First with all necessary documentation, including an email from The Riviera's management stating they would issue a full refund. Despite this clear communication, confirming that a refund was due, I have yet to receive any update or resolution from America First. I am frustrated by the delay and lack of communication from America First, especially considering the clarity of the documentation provided. The handling of this dispute has been poor, and I have received no reasonable explanation for the delay. To add insult to injury, my recent interaction with a customer service representative was exceedingly unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, refusing to provide assistance or follow up on my questions. This behavior is unacceptable and not in line with the service I expect from a reputable institution. I now face the prospect of accruing interest on a balance that should have been resolved over a month ago. This is unfair, given that the fault lies with America First's failure to process the refund as agreed. I should not be penalized for the company's lack of action in handling this dispute. I request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and take action to ensure that America First fulfills its obligation to its customers. I seek an immediate resolution of this dispute, including prompt processing of the refund as confirmed by The Riviera and the removal of any interest charges or fees that have been unfairly imposed due to this delay. I also urge the BBB to hold America First accountable for its inadequate customer service in handling my dispute.

      I had called to bring my account up todate. The ***resentative placed me on a super long hold while she canceled the ***o order. I believe that was betweeen wed-friday. The 17th through 26 the 19th. Then come July 22 my car was ***ossessed. I called vk that same day was placed on hold once again for an extensive amount of time and then hung up on. Called the next business day since at this point it was now well past 6pm. When i spoke to the next *** same situation in the morning placed on hold forever being told they have limited resources. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. She couldn't be bother because she needed to attend a 5 hour meeting when she finally called me back. The very unprofessional heffer had the nerve to tell me its my fault for not paying my bill and that she was not going to adjust my loan or payment. I told her to figure out what 1 day of my 30day payment would be and reduce my loan by the 1 day the had and took my car. I should not have to pay for a day i didnt have my car when my loan was paid up todate and i was told the ***o order was removed. The bank made a mistake and the so called supervisor wants to **** back at me that i should have made my payment instead of apologizing for making a mistake. Again i shouldnt have to pay for a day that i did not have asscess to my car. The way she spoke to after messing up was so disrespectful that i had to be disrespectful right back. Its the principle of it all they came on to private property to take my car that was paid for. My payment should be reduced by 1 day.

      I transfer $600 a month to my America First account so I can pay my loans. America First has froze my account, disabeling me from making my payments. America First had been disbursing payments on my behalf but not timely and not to all my loans. They then report a missed payment to the credit bureaus. The loan would have been paid on time if they hadn't disabled my access to pay my own loans. I request they remove the negative marks against my credit and enable me to disburse my money in my account.

      On July 1 2024, America First Credit Union reversed a disputed transaction of $111.96 from "LA ********* Crawl". As I mentioned in the dispute, the transaction was disputed due to false advertising of the service that was SUPPOSED to be provided. I never mentioned I didn't authorize the transaction, what I confirmed was that the services provided were misleading and false. I seem to be having many issues with America First protecting my consumer rights recently, so I decided to contact the BBB to ensure this transaction is FULLY investigated before they protect the merchant in question. You can see all the services offered for this particular company here: ************************************************************ - DRINK DISCOUNTS - EPIC PARTY HOSTS - PARTY GAMES Just so we're on the same page, there were NO discounts provided for the drinks at the first bar, and I have the credit card transaction to prove that. I don't know what "proof" the bartender at that first bar had since they took our initial order (that we paid full price for) and then avoided the group entirely for the remainder of the time. The following three clubs did not offer ANY DISCOUNTS AT ALL to anyone, they did not care we were a part of a club brawl. They can contact the clubs directly since we confirmed this with the club supervisors as well. The main reason why were purchased these tickets was for the discounted drinks they marketed on the website. The host in question was not "EPIC", and everyone who attended can also confirm this. He was a little boy with very low energy, who clearly did NOT want to be there and ruined the whole night for everyone in attendance. The "HOST" in question would DISAPPEAR the entire duration of our arrival at each location and would reappear only to walk the group to the next location. While walking, he did not wait or keep track of people which caused many to be lost due to his carelessness. NO PARTY GAMES WERE PROVIDED AT ALL. We were ALL bored

      I have had an auto loan with America First for a few years, without notice I was charged over 3 thousand dollars for "collateral insurance" I proceeded to call them and was told to email the policy ID over to them and that would be taken off. So I did just that, then I called back a few weeks later to be told that they are still going to charge me that amount for the collateral insurance. So I proceeded to give them the policy numbers for the life of the vehicle, they still refused to take it off. So essentially I got screwed out of 3 thousand dollars just because they are too lazy to do their job. I'm not sure what to do at this point, I have held insurance on the vehicle and I don't know how to get my money back. This also raised my minimum payment which screwed my credit.
