We stayed at one of their properties in **** and units were a health hazard. The company is not willing to do anything to truly remediate the situation. My entire family of 5 came back sick from this stay. We checked in at 4PM, and had to wait an additional 5 hours sitting on the couch waiting for the cleaning crew to service the apartment. The dish washer was broken (and we were informed it has been broken for some time), and the entire kitchen smells really bad from the standing dirty water. We were told we should have used the other dishwasher in the smaller unit (after our stay). We had to launder the duvet and cover, since in 5 hours the cleaning company was not able to finish this, and we just wanted some peace after more than 10 hours traveling from ***** with our small children. Every surface of the units were covered in dust, liquid smears and suspicious substances/powders. Every bed sheet and pillowcase was covered in hair and ***** or yellowish stains. Even the cleaning people were appalled at the condition of this unit, and confirmed it had not been cleaned before our arrival at the scheduled time. Even after cleaning, the entire week we were exposed to moldy water smells from the broken dishwasher, and dust from the curtains, surfaces and generally in the air. I have been trying to communicate with ******, the Customer Experience Manager, but she is rarely in the office and though I have spoke to ****** in a couple of occasions I have received no real solution to this matter since our stay March 21st (today is April 14). We booked through Airbnb, and they haven't been able to contact Park City Rentals either to discuss. We are requesting a minimum of 1 night to be refunded to us, which including Airbnb fees should be at least $800.
