I absolutely do not recommend taking your vehicle here for service. Our truck wasn't running well and they were 1 of the closest repair shops. In hindsight we should have taken it to the dealership and saved ourselves a lot of money. We'd already used a code reader and there were 3 possible issues. The fuel filters or 1 of the 2 fuel pumps on the truck. Fuel filters are a fairly quick and inexpensive solution so that was our hope. They called and said it was 1 of the fuel pumps and over $1200 to replace. A couple days later we got a message saying the truck was ready but it was more money than they quoted us. After replacing the fuel pump the truck still didn't run well. Gines (without talking to us 1st) said they then replaced a totally clogged fuel filter. The filter was a little less than $100. I now feel totally ripped off. They should have started with the easiest and least expensive repair 1st. I don't really think my 2016 truck needed a new $1200 fuel pump. I think it needed a new $100 fuel filter. Not only that when I called around the dealer said the entire fuel pump replacement was $830 for parts and labor. I was charged $834.60 by Gines just for the labor. More than the entire cost of repair somewhere else. I had them flush the radiator while they had the truck in for repair. After having it back for only 1 day the check coolant light came on. They not tightened the radiator ********** hadn't put in enough antifreeze. We could smell diesel fuel inside the cab of truck after we got it back. It seemed to be coming from the driver's seat. We ended up parking it in the backyard and leaving all the windows down for 4 days. The smell has slowly disappeared thank heavens.In retrospect I feel like they overcharged me for an unnecessary repair let alone the radiator/antifreeze situation and someone getting diesel fuel on the drivers seat. Kicking myself in **** for not taking it to the dealership in the 1st place and saving myself all kinds of money.

***, we are sorry we were unable to satisfy you with our repair. I have tried multiple times to discuss the concerns with your husband since he also left a poor review. He will not take or return any phone calls. We do anything we can, short of working for free, to satisfy every customer. When you dropped the truck off it wouldn't run. We checked it out and the fuel pump in the tank was not pumping any fuel. We recommended a fuel pump and the filters. Your husband said the filters don't need replaced since he replaced them this spring. We mistakenly took his word and adjusted our estimate to not include the fuel filters. He claimed at that time we are double the price of the dealer. I recommended he tow it to them and have them fix it if they were willing to for so cheap. He decided not to and had us do the pump and also wanted the cooling system flushed due to the test results we had. I was concerned about the claim of our price so I checked with a dealer and other shops. All those quotes are very similar or higher than ours so I doubt the validity of that claim. The Chrysler part #*******AA is sold for MSRP $477.00 from dealers and can be found with an easy ****** search. We charged $313.23 for our part. When we got the engine running with the new fuel pump it was able to start but didn't perform with the power it should have. My tech checked everything out again and found the rear fuel filter (supposed new) to be clogged. This was impossible to check previously with no fuel flowing into it. We put the filter on with no labor charge to you just to try and satisfy you and your husband.You did bring the truck back when the coolant light came on and I thank you for giving us a chance to fix that. The radiator cap wasn't sealed correctly from our repair and we filled the coolant and resealed the cap. You mentioned a diesel fuel smell and four of the employees here attempted to smell it with no luck. We cleaned any places we might have gotten diesel fuel and drove the truck to make sure the smell didn't surface. If we got diesel fuel in the cab we would do whatever it takes to clean it and remedy that situation, you just have to let us know it is still there so we can.
