      Since December 2023 I have had the same issues with submitting assignments. It's usually the ones that need to be uploaded like PowerPoint presentations. I have been told that phones are NOT compatible however my phone seems to be the only device that works with their site! I screenshot or just plain take a picture of the errors that pop up saying unable to save please try again later or when it tells me that my documents cannot be uploaded! I have tried 4 different desktops, 2 laptops, 2 tablets, 5 phones and NONE make a difference! I even switched internet providers. My husband is a computer tech (with his masters) and even attempted to figure out what is causing the issue and he cane up with that it's on their end! I sent ALL PROOF to my academic advisor and technical support but they argue saying it's my fault. I have repeated the same classes and assignments a few times and I know the answers to each question by heart now. I was called today by some lady who was rude and admitted that she was being rude because when we were first talking, all of a sudden I sounded like a different person (I went from sitting and on speaker phone to standing and off of speaker phone!) I tried to explain that I have done everything that I can do and since no one can fix my issues then what's the point in retaking classes and redoing the same assignments a million times if it's pointless?! This place is a joke! My last academic coach was horrible, all she cared about was showing off her body online and pointing her finger at anyone or anything other than herself! I hope things get fixed!

      ****** ***** I guess is over enrollment she was not vary transparent, but bitterly rude in her response via email. She assumed that my cumulative report was my transcripts, and stated "you don't have any Credits you are ineligible because I needed 10 credits or more". So I asked how did she come up with that assessment when the document she had was just a cumulative report with my Enrollment information of my *********** I attended LOL, but was so quick to refer me to other Organizations that I was already aware of ***. What happed to being diligent ,Professional. I would not recommend this Organization. They wanted me to upload my Identification via text message.... Be safe!!!!

We genuinely regret your interactions did not meet your expectations, especially concerning our efforts to address your eligibility for our programs. At our organization, we prioritize customer service and strive for transparency in all communications related to program eligibility. We carefully reviewed the recorded call you had with our enrollment counselor, along with all email exchanges, and we did not identify any instances of unprofessionalism.On October 17, 2024, at 10:57 AM EST, we made an attempt to reach you via phone, as documented in our system prior to sending you our final email communication. To assess eligibility for our programs, we require a copy of a high school transcript for a thorough evaluation. Unfortunately, the document you provided did not include information regarding courses or credits. When we inquired if this was the only transcript you had, you confirmed that it ****** that point, we communicated our requirement for at least 10 completed credits to enroll and suggested alternative program options. If there was an error in the document you submitted, we encourage you to review it. Youll find that it doesnt contain the essential details, such as courses, credits, and grades necessary for our evaluation. If you have an alternative transcript, we would be happy to review it and then determine eligibility. If the document you provided is indeed the only one available, we recommend contacting the last school you attended or your school district to obtain a complete copy. Our enrollment team is equipped to accept documentation through various secure methods, including document sharing links, email, and text. Please rest assured that any texts sent to us are received through our system and not to an individual counselor's personal device.We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you through this process.       Graduation Alliance partners with school districts across the nation to be able to provide education pathways to their students who have either stopped attending school, need additional mentoring, and/or need tutoring for their end of course exams. Graduation Alliance is not selling a product we are reaching out on behalf of your school. In addition, we have adult diploma programs in select states where we return calls to individuals who have initiated an outreach to us first. We are not a telemarketing company, and we dont use robocalls to reach out to students. We are unable to locate any records in our system by the name or email address that you provided to BBB to understand which program you were affiliated with. We do see that you provided a zip code so that helps narrow down a state. Based on that limited information your school district is trying to get a hold of you through our organization. Again, without being able to determine who you are and what program you are affiliated with we cant provide more insights. We do recommend if you want to learn more about why your school is trying to connect with you and you dont want to speak with us, you contact your high school. Thank you.

      They have been top notch. I got my diploma and the teachers and coaches are awesome. I work a full time job and part of the year do a lot of overtime, My coach worked with me on which classes we needed to schedule during that time.

      Its been almost 6 months since I finished my courses and I still have not received my diploma. I have been in touch with my home school and with Gradation Alliance and still nothing. I thought this was a great program and would have recommended to others, until I realized I did all the work for nothing. If I could give them negative stars I would. Very disappointed

While we do have to wait for school districts in the ************* to issue diplomas there are other internal processes we can address to ensure it doesnt take longer than the state allotted time frame and we are working on improvements. We should have been faster in responding to your requests for updates and we apologize. We have spoken with the principal of the school district who did confirm today that your diploma was ordered, and they will personally be contacting you once its received.       I was very hesitant at trusting this program but after I started I seen it was very complex and was not a scam. Some of the work was very challenging and I almost gave up, glad I did not. I received my diploma in about 2 months after I completed everything. They must contact your state to verify you satisfy the states needs (some states are faster than others and districts are larger or smaller may play a role in time frames). Overall I am beyond pleased. The Academic Coach, ******* was promt and helped with every issue that arose. I learned stuff about computer programs and math that that was never taught to me in ************ PLEASE DO NOT SKIP THE VIDEOS, you will regret it and end up watching them anyways after wasting countless hours trying to save time. This company is the real deal and i regret not taking the option for coding before I started, my state would've paid for it. Thank You Graduation Alliance and Academic Coach ******* for the help along the ways, and some of the teachers.....and tech support lol

      I like to take the graduation alliance courses to get the last few credits that I need to get my diploma. However, I am doing a few reviews on some of the teachers there. I understand that they are busy taking care of other students that reside in their class, but when there is a question or a concern that you may have, they don't respond. Like for example, i submitted a thesis statement activity and was asked to Resubmit it because it was scored poorly. I submited the wrong one. I called and was directed to voicemail and left message stating my concern to see if it can get fixed. Later today (9/14/2023) I saw my English teacher online and told her the same thing. after she went offline. I just want to get my stuff done so I can get my credits.

      I am going to give this a 4 star because the teachers and academic coach's are awesome, the course and assignments themselves were awesome. It's after everything is finished, Getting your diploma, or Transcripts. ITS A JOKE. I finished my last assignment in March and here it is in April with no TRANSCRIPTS/DIPLOMA , When you ask them for them to send transcripts to the college of your choosing they will tell you to use the UNOFFICAL ones which is CRAZY because colleges are not going to take no UNOFFICAL TRANSCRIPT how silly does that sound. LOL IDK This is literally the longest process especially when your trying to get in contact with someone about where your transcripts and diploma is they give you the run around. Like it said the classes, teachers, academic coaches are amazing its when you finish is when you should start to worry because its going to be VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY HARD TO GET ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DIPLOMA OR TRANSCRIPTS. And if your wondering YES I AM STILL WAITING 50 days later

      Hi Trevor, We understand your frustration. Graduation Alliance partners with various states to offer a high school diploma and in the state of Ohio, the Ohio Department of Education has the local school district where the student currently lives issue the diploma and transcripts. This is not the case for every state we work in but is for Ohio. We do reach out to the local school district on your behalf to get updates and in some cases it can take up to 90 days to get a final copy sent. I can see in your record that just a few days after you posted your review that you received both your diploma and transcript as did the college you were applying to.       I gave them a 1 star back in April, I just want to say, my issues was resolved, and by June of 2022, I earned my high school diploma! Almost 30 years later. So I highly recommend giving them a shot.

      The counselors dont return phone calls. I called TWICE this week (June 10, 2022) to follow-up on behalf of my son. No one has returned my call. I also left a message to complain at the main office. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I am an educator and POOR communication doesnt go well with ANY educational institution or program.
