On December 16th, 2021 the business entered into an agreement with the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. The Assurance settles allegations that the business engaged in unlawful and unprofessional conduct that affects its license. Under terms of the Assurance, the businesses s license to practice as a contractor was revoked with a stay of enforcement on the revocation; said license was placed on probation for five years with conditions; and Respondent was ordered to pay a $60,000 fine of which $50,00 was stayed. The remaining $10,000 fine is due within one year. The Assurance was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
