The business has robbed from many people not just me. Have harassed people not just me as well. They told me a certain price upfront grabbed my card to pay and charged my card more then what I was told. Was told I only had to pay $20. Then proceeded to charge me more. From the beginning I didn’t want to buy anything but was drug into the store literally grabbed me by the arm and dragged me into the store then was harassed to buy something and told her I don’t have a lot of money then told me it would only be 20 and charged me more. Very disappointing tried to return it and they had a no returning sign behind the plant that no one can even see. And told me to get out before they hurt me. Now my bank can’t do a dispute because they don’t have the receipt saying I should be charged 20. Please help in urgent need to get my many back. I’m struggling financially at the moment.

Deciding practices, they charge my card for $6984.25. Never told me about no refund till after my card was charged. I called the customer care they told me they would refund the money back to my account they try in store to reverse the charge but, it didn't work so they told me to leve the products at the kiosk and they were gonna refund me. They never did and they never gave me the products back, they didn't try to help or called. They also charged me the same day an extra $1,500 for an additional package of products that I have the products for. I did not want the $6984.25 that they charged me. They have the products and they have my money. They never contacted me for a resolution. This happened in April 11th 2024 I filled a police report as well.

It happened 8/16/24. I was invited into store. The Associate proceed to put product on my face. Told me it was for day and night. I purchased it (was never given a receipt). Convinces me to try the face sculpting wand. Female manager says that I was sold wrong items. I told her I wanted a refund. This was all before I left the store. Got pissed off at me because I wouldn't purchase the additional items she was trying to sell. The items she was trying to sell she said what I bought would be usless without the additional items. I said again I wanted a refund. She said no refunds. Again I wasn't told no refunds and never got my receipt that said no refunds and my total which was $400. $429 with tax (I don'trememberthe change amount).

I agreed to purchase this face machine with the owners word of a refund if not satisfied with the results. He did write it on a receipt. I return the machine along with the products and was told by manager to come back when owner was there. He didn’t comply. I tried to get discover to give me the credit back. However he responded with the policy of no refunds. The owner now has all the merchandise and the credit card money. This was a fraudulent transaction as I only agreed to purchase with promises of a refund if not satisfied.

While walking by the storefront of this business a young woman came out to hand me a free sample. She was talking constantly and rapidly. She took hold of my arm and led me inside. She proceeded to give me the hardest, fastest sales pitch I have ever experienced. She applied her product to my face before I could even think. She asked to see my credit card and took it from my hand. She went to the register as I told her I could not afford her products. She said “no problem $100 a month”. She rang up a $1074.50 charge on my card before I knew what she was doing. I told her to cancel the charge. She said she could not unless I signed her phone and showed me that the cancel button would not work. I signed, but then she would not cancel it. It all happened so fast, I could not think. She lied, miss-led me and pressured me more than I had ever experienced. I am 68 years old. I could not process what happened until I got home.

My grandmother, age 77, suffers from cognitive decline, memory loss, disorientation/confusion, among other health conditions. She was at the mall with a young family member when they were targeted by the skincare sales people working the kiosks in the hallway. The sales people continually harassed them until my grandma bought one product totally $500 USD. The product was extremely over inflated in cost and valued at no where near that. With this purchase, they promised her a free beauty consultation (goods promised did not match goods received). They walked her and our family member back to a second location in a different area of the mall. When they got to this second location, there were more sales people, waiting outside for them. They told my family member that he wasn’t allowed the store, therefore, isolating my grandma (who is at risk for these sorts of scams). Her being alone, placed her in an even more vulnerable position for deception. As they have her in a back room, they start performing the “free treatment”. However, then they start bringing her paperwork to sign, saying that she must buy everything that they are using. She is upside down (laying on a table) at this point and they forcefully coerce her into giving her credit card to purchase the products and signing paperwork about such purchase (example: no refunds). They used fear, deception, and high pressure sales tactics to get her credit card yet again. They told her that they would call security on her if she did not pay. This time, the scam, totaling over $5,000. My grandmother had no idea what she was buying nor did she have her glasses with her to know what the paperwork said that they forced her to sign while under duress. She had no family member around her to explain what was going on or what she was buying. The name of the company is Rajeunir, they also go by and were billed by “center stage and “nouveau spa” (address **** ******* *****, Port Charlotte, UNIT *** FL 33948, USA).

SCAM: Transaction date: 3-29-23. I was walking through the mall to look at shoes. I had just come from my doctors appointment and my mind was on that and the fact that I was leaving for FL in three days. As I walked alongside a beautiful store front, a Jewish gentleman came towards me to give me a free sample. When he saw my Star of David necklace I was wearing, he immediately lured me in pretending to be Jew “brothers” and wanted to put something on my face, “a gift from one Jew to another”. Before I was done, and after even crying tears to him, I was pushed into buying 7,000 before they would let me leave the store. I know I should have left the store, but for some reason I was to afraid. The other guy in the store got me so confused about my form of payment, he actually took my credit cards himself and ran the transaction. Yes I had to sign some stuff, but my only thing on my mind at the time was do whatever it takes to get out of this store. I have anxiety and PTSD and this was all too over the top for my mind to be able to handle at the moment. DO NOT go into this store unless you want to spend a lot of money on overpriced stuff that I think came from the black market. SCAM

The week before Father’s Day I was shopping or looking in the mall. I really like this mall but since my experience at Rajeunir I have not returned. Just before I got to Dillard’s a very pretty and pushy sales girl puts some cream on my face. Invites me into the store and uses her charms to show how much better I look with this product. I’m embarrassed but let her continue. She makes you feel good about yourself. Then she uses this wonderful product in your hands and arms to exfoliate. She says the whole package is $159. I should have run then so that’s my fault. At the check out she throws in a lotion. We’ll the bill came to $200. I return the next day to return unopened product. The tube for the face was packaged in a big package with a smaller and then smaller tube that was suppose to be good for a year. Anyway, she puts me off and keeps going back and fourth into another room. Finally comes out to help me and says no returns. And there it is on sales slip. But they don’t tell you ahead of time. So I live with my stupidity. So now it’s 6 or 7 weeks later and there is no cream left in this little container that is suppose to last for a year. I’ve used it maybe 7 times. And the bath salts are as cheap as ever. I have been scammed and I don’t know what to do. I needed to go to Dillard’s the other day and I went to Fashion place because I knew I would be very upset if I went to Layton. I have warned family and friends about this place. I would like to picket but I’m almost 80 and can’t do that. Can you help me. Thank you

Transaction was on 05/18/22 for $214. Employee did NOT disclose amount of the transaction, did not disclose that they do not accept refunds and forcefully requested payment without disclosing what the product even was. I was not told the amount not what product I was even purchasing after they hurried and grabbed my card from my hand. Employees pressure and force you to go over to their kiosk and mislead and trick people into paying for their products. I do not want this product that hasn’t been used, I want my money back or I’ll be taking extreme measures.

On March 30th 2021 I was lured into the store by an associate. They started putting product on my face and I sat there taking it. I wasn’t sure what was going on as this was my first time being approached by someone like this. She kept asking me questions and I answered. I just wanted to be nice. They kept throwing in “free gifts” but I had no intention on paying. She kept saying one ninety nine and the prices were ambiguous. It wasn’t upfront. She then was finished and said she needed two cards, my license for name verification and the card I would be using for purchase. So I showered her my license and intended on bailing out of the purchase up at the register, but she took my card and didn’t even check the name. She walked up to the register and I kept telling her to wait. She didn’t even let me put my card in the keypad, she was doing it all for me. She didn’t stop when I said wait. I was trying to access my bank to move my money around so she couldn’t use it. She tried to get me to sign the card reader and I said no. I hit the cancel button and i told her I wanted a refund of my money. She told me she couldn’t help me and I would have to come in tomorrow so I could talk to the manager. She told me that I would get a refund. She handed me a paper copy of the receipt and kept pushing me to sign it so I did but wrote “cancel” at the bottom so it couldn’t be used. She wrote her phone number on the back of the receipt so I could call her and she could talk to the manager. The receipt says no returns but i didn’t see a sign in the store saying no refunds and the woman didn’t explicitly state their return policy. I just want my money back and I haven’t opened my products.
