I have been trying to get help with rent since March 2022. No one joined the zoom meeting like they was supposed to. I called and sent a message stating this. I was told that I had to schedule another appointment even though it was not my fault. I did and was told to get paperwork completed by my rental office which I did the same day. The same day my rental office cc'd me the form that they completed and emailed back to Catholic Charities. I did not hear anything from them, so I called them and was told that someone would call me back. No one called. I called them back and was told sorry for what happened. I'm sorry for the late response , I was out of work for a bit due to an accident. I was told by the program manager that CCFW is no longer offering rent assistance. I do not know when or if they will. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We are however assisting with utilities. If your needing assistance for a gas, water or electric bill please reapply. Thank you This is crazy! My rental office think that they are helping me when they are not. I am so disappointed that this is how a church treat us.
