    I'm gunna give my 100% honest review here. don't normal do this but I feel people need to know. so sent my bike in to **** back in beginning of June to have some work done. brakes change exhaust bolts and go thru bike. ended up having my bike for almost 2 months and only did half of what I asked. pay **************************************************** the beginning of September. messaged last week asking for my part or refund cause bike is now wrecked. he just gives me the run round and tries to change subject or we swamped here ill get back to you soon. still haven't heard nothing and still done have my money or part. really liked **** but the way he going about this is making me have second thoughts. spent over **** and honestly don't know on what cause I never received a invoice. even told me company he ordered part from was gunna overnight part cause they sent to wrong shop which ended up not happening. Yes he did offer my money finally but said I would only get money if I took my reviews down which I won't do. I have voice recording of the owner saying we can handle this like men in the parking lot. And if you read his reviews on ****** I'm not the first person he has done this too.

    The majority of our complaints come from bikes other shops will not touch, for the reasons we receive complaints such as yours. Motorcycles that dealerships and other small businesses turn down, because they are older models and have several back ordered parts making it hard for businesses such as ours to repair in a timely turnaround. Years of grime and wear and tear on said units. No matter how good the mechanic, it's all irrelevant, until parts arrive. Which as we know, aren't like they use to be. Most places we order from are Hubs, they usually don't have parts in stock, but have you purchase ahead of time. Only letting you know of a back-order weeks after they have been placed. The face of the product falls on us, not the actual supplier. Our shop, much like others is an after-market facility. We do not have the resources, staff and connections the dealerships have.Repairing motorcycles over 8 years old is a double edge sword...The majority of the bikes on the road fall into this category, but only 15% of shops actually repair them. Its customers that don't understand the process that ruin it for others. Moving forward our shop will be more stringent on the type and age of work we will take in, as the number of complaints have risen on parts of the business outside our direct control.This customer paid with a credit card, which was credited, unfortunately he canceled that card and there was confusion which customer did not allow to resolve, rather went to the internet immediately. Have documentation needed if one requests it.
