The business name changed to Marca Tires On 6/24/2024, around 10 AM, I went to the tire shop to have a leaky tire repaired. I had my dash board show 26 psi on the front driver side tire (leaked from 35 psi)First the man kept asking me, " which one is it? If I find nothing to fix I still charge $15. Fine but pls bring ur Guage to measure the 2 driver side tires to determine which is deflated to low 26 psi,as seen on dashboard, I said, and I want that tire checked for a leak and fixed.He reluctantly went, came back with an air Guage device, measured it or pretended to, and said it is this one (back tire, driver side). Then he took out the tire and checked it or so he claimed, and came back saying there was no issue with the tire, but I need to fix that tire's sensor. He said try autozone.Paid $15, left.When driving minutes later, I noticed my psi still read 26, but it was the front tire driver side that needed checking and fixing as seen on the dashboard and not the back driver side as the tire shop technician had claimed when he claimed his air Guage read, he clearly worked on the wrong tire. After an hour returned to shop after realizing this and asked the man what his Guage read when he measured back driver side tire, he said thirty something. Now that was LIE That's when I knew he worked on the wrong tire because I had specifically asked him to measure both tires and work on the tire with 26 psi. I had to ask him to measure both tires to determine which tire had the low ********************************************************************** the dashboard image was marked with ******************************************************************************************************** unwilling to use this.I Calmly challenging that the back tire was not reading 26 psi, I showed him the dashboard reading of front tire 26psi He took no responsibility and said, "I asked you which side?" He then said he would charge me $5 to put air on the front 26psi tire.
