On 6/6/2016 we met with ***************** from AirFlow Systems, **** On 6/7/2016, we met with ***************** again and agreed to sign and purchase a new HVAC system with a TEN-YEAR warranty on parts and labor. ***************** stated that he would register our system and for us not to register it because he insisted that was his job. We believed him because he was the authorized rep from Airflow.4/21/2022 A technician checked our unit and stated that the compressor failed. Airflow notified the next day April-May 2023 Airflow notified and then ordered a new compressor, 3 weeks waiting for this part.*** and **** from Airflow installed a new compressor and the system did not work.began checking the wiring at the rear outside unit but then said he blew a fuse on the attic unit. He did not have a fuse for replacement. He then said the control board was bad and that he would order the control board and left for the day. NOTE: Airflow already had a control Board in their possession from their misdiagnosis of 7/5/19)(One would think that Airflow would first replace the fuse in the attic before assessing that the control board was either bad or good.)Two days later, ***************************************** from Airflow removed the original control board and said he did not see any defects.Airflow has technicians that seem to keep replacing parts until the problem is fixed. Just about every part on the outside unit has been replaced within the first 7 years after it was installed.Nevertheless, he continued to install the new control board and finally a new fuse. It is questionable that the compressor, the capacitor, a fuse, and the compressor electric plug connection may go bad, but to have a $558.00 control board to go bad at the SAME TIME does not seem reasonable. 5/25/2023 Airflow sent us a bill for $3,308.00 for all the parts that they replaced.They refused to acknowledge that we had a 10-year parts warranty that ***************** from AirFlow promised he would register.
