    I have been working with this company for a year or so to put my new air conditioner in! Three times my AC failed! He then told me to check the filters clean the outside of the ac coils etc! Then put rocks around the outside to keep it from getting dirty! But yet each time they came out I felt like they were stalling! They would do a little of this or that! Knowing already it was the circuit board! Myself and my family sat in the house for two days with him never getting back with me! I had to reach out to find out what he decided to do! So I called the program that paid for it, and told them they were willing to cover the costs which they shouldnt have to! They stalled long enough until my ware expired! I also called ***** the manufacturer they said it was no recall on the circuit boards ! But they knew it was a problem! Even when a technician was sent to my home he told me that it was a newsletter saying that it was a problem with the circuit board! For a year i been having issues with my AC nobody mentioned this at first! I have text messages where the owner said the manufacturer had beefn very transparent about the circuit board to him! But wait I wasnt told thou! Although it was fixed it how they went about it sat there for two days no phone call!
