              4 May 2022. I paid for my 2015 Dodge Durango to be repaired by Southern Chrysler Jeep Dealership. I didn't request a rental/loaner since I didn't think it would an extensive repair. The cost of the repair was ****** give or take. After the repair was completed my truck persisted with the same issue only worst. I tried contacting the service department and for about a week or two, it was no call back from the original service advisor. 20 May 2022 I decided to actually pop up to speak with someone directly about my repair. Because of timing I showed up I didn't request a loaner/rental. 2 June 2022 I requested a rental/loaner since there was no direct diagnosis of my issue. They provided me a rental 4-7 June 2022. 3 June 2022 I was told the left side of my engine is potentially the problem just mirroring the right side which they previously diagnosed and repaired. I was asked to approve a **** diagnosis. 6 June 2022 I was told that's in fact the issue with my vehicle but another ***** would be needed. This screams to me that half the job was done in the first place whether through negligence or an intentional exploitation of extra funds. At this point I have no faith in their diagnosis based on their customer service and business practices.

              On September 19th I took my jeep to this place for service because the seats were giving me problems and one of them got stuck and we couldn't drive so we took it in. They called our insurance company charging us $***** to repair the seats. First, when they repaired the jeep they scratched the paint and broke the plastic. Then we waited a week for the parts. Then we waited 4 more days for the supposed installation of new parts. They called and said it was ready, which wasn't true. We returned it immediately. I had an altercation because the manager insinuated that in 20 minutes, we went to our house, broke it and came back. To this day they are still looking for a way to fix the seats. The times I went, the employee was sitting in front of the jeep looking at his cell phone. The service is terrible and be careful with the estimates at this place. October 3rd and they are still holding the car without giving me a rental.

              Rose ****** had their vehicle towed into the Southern Chrysler Jeep - Greenbrier service center and both seats were broken. The dealership repaired the seats and Rose picked up the vehicle. Rose came back into the dealership later that afternoon and one of the seats was not working/broken again. Rose came into the shop and cursed out the service technician that worked on the vehicle. Alex of Southern Chrysler Jeep - Greenbrier got involved immediately upon hearing Rose. The technician was very professional and did not respond to Rose. Alex has been working with Rose ****** through their translator and Southern Chrysler Jeep - Greenbrier has the seat fixed. Alex, the Service Manager for Southern Chrysler Jeep - Greenbrier is personally handling this with Rose and the dealership will deliver it back to her this afternoon.
