Awful business practices. I won two bids (10/25/2024 & 10/29/2024) and both auctions were cancelled after it closed. I texted nearly everyday since if there was an acceptance decision from the seller, and the bot responded with there has not been an acceptance decision. It never said it was cancelled. I had money tied up in the bids. Today I spoke with **** who said there must be a technical issue with the system and that's why I wasn't notified of the cancellation. When I asked for a refund, **** asked me to give them one more chance. She did text me the procedure for a refund. After reviewing the BBB reviews I am sad I trusted this company.Federa Inc. Response

Caution everyone! Extremely unethical , unprofessional, with complete disregard for peoples trust and their hard earned money. Like many other people on here my deposit was stolen from me. I made numerous attempts to contact via text and email . They give you the run around acting like they are escalation and just repeating the same messages over and over again. Do not deposit your money or use this app. Ill try to use my resources to spread as much awareness as I can. Its been well over a couple of months the transaction is stuck in pending . Just like many others, I deposited money and asked for a withdrawal end of June 2024. Til this day they are beating around the **** on phone and emails about the return. I have in email that I should be receiving refund in coming days but its been weeks/months now.Federa Inc. Response

I deposited $10,000 to Federa inc. account in order to participate in an online property auction. After the unsuccessful bidding, I initiated a withdrawal to have my money back. However, after more than a month later, my money is still "in process". I followed up a few times via online message portal, they just said oh it takes 30 days, I tried calling the customer service phone number, after extended wait, you get the same lady, ****, who fake it very well. Be careful, DO NOT DEPOSIT your money into their account, you may not get it back or it takes forever!!! They try to make everything harder or impossible when disbursing funds back. Like others, I initiated a refund from the website in June and it is now September and I do not have my money, multiple thousands of dollars. I see that this company is no longer visible on ****** Reviews, my review there has disappeared. They claim a "technical issue" has prevented my refund, but if this was the case, a check would have been sufficient.Federa Inc. Response

I have the same experience with other reviewers in that after I deposited $5000 to make a bid, and since my bid was not accepted, I initiated a refund, and since then, it has been more than 75 days and many phone calls, they have not issued a refund.Federa Inc. Response

It is a fraud online company. They took my 5000 for an auction deposit. I did not win the auction and I am supposed to get my money back within 30 days. It is been more than 30 days and they have not refunded my deposit.Federa Inc. Response

CAUTION CONSUMERS!!! I deposited $5000 to Federa account in order to participate in an online property auction. After the unsuccessful bidding, I initiated a withdrawal to have my money back. CAUTION AGENTS!!! I Joined FEDERA as a agent, and they sold me on instant commissions and that did not happen, I would wait weeks to get my commission, with always the check was in the mail or the wire got screwed up. I had referrals from other companies that FEDERA was to pay and they failed to pay them stating again check is in the mail or wire went through but could not provide proof it was paid, upsetting referral companies, and them freezing my referral accounts until I paid out of pocket. I spoke with supervising broker several times, and he did not seem to know what was going on as the partner he has working with him handles all that. I know several agents have same issues, and it feels as this company is ripping there agents off and if anything is acting unethical.Federa Inc. Response
