            Awful business practices. I won two bids (10/25/2024 & 10/29/2024) and both auctions were cancelled after it closed. I texted nearly everyday since if there was an acceptance decision from the seller, and the bot responded with there has not been an acceptance decision. It never said it was cancelled. I had money tied up in the bids. Today I spoke with **** who said there must be a technical issue with the system and that's why I wasn't notified of the cancellation. When I asked for a refund, **** asked me to give them one more chance. She did text me the procedure for a refund. After reviewing the BBB reviews I am sad I trusted this company.
