I have a standing weekly delivery from ******* which uses Lasership for the actual delivery . The delivery was scheduled for today 11-15-2021 and I received a shipping notice with delivery scheduled for today. Not surprisingly the package didn't show up. I called *******, they referred me to Lasership. I called Lasership and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes then got a "representative" who asked for the tracking number and my personal information, I gave it and asked where the package was. The worthless excuse on the phone hung up. I want my package but since it is perishable the delay basically ruins it. I want Lasership to own up for their incompetence.Business response

We do apologize for our delayed response. Our tracking shows your package was delivered however it was not delivered on the expected delivery date. The facility has been notified that all perishable packages must be delivered on the date expected. Please reach out to us should you have any additional questions or concerns.

On several occasions I have ordered from ****** and laser ship was the delivery company that was supposed to deliver my packages and once again 2 days ago I ordered a package for one day delivery and I still haven't received my package and its saying its been delivered! This company should be closed down because its not a reliable source for deliveries!Business response
