    It all started when I wrote a down payment for a camper & got approved for it. They wrote a SOLD sign on the camper for me. I was supposed to pick up the camper after my trip to Las Vegas. Instead, I came home from vacation & they sold my camper to an all cash customer, & had already cashed my check. This should have been my sign to NOT do business with them. Instead I purchased a 2022 **** ********** from them for the exact cost of the first camper I was going to buy, BECAUSE they were afraid of a law suit! It has had NOTHING but problems. I have only been able to camp 3 times & each camping trip has been awful. They have had my camper in service more than I have had it at home. I am paying property taxes, monthly payment, & insurance on something I don’t have. I have videos, emails, & pictures of everything from this company. They said they would work out an even trade for me for the original price tag of the camper, but that was a lie. Now, they are saying my husband accepted the camper after this last 10 month repair, which was repaired with caulk, instead of fixing it properly. We didn’t even check all of the repair work, & I am the one on the actual paperwork for the camper, & didn’t sign it saying it was repaired properly. So, they are saying they will NOT help us. They have told me that the reason the camper didn’t get fixed earlier was because it sat in service 6 months with no one repairing it because their previous Service Manager, Scott couldn’t get along with their previous Service Rep, Heather. This was told to me by the employees there. Marcus Lemonis’ saying is, “If you’re not happy, I’m not happy”, THIS IS NOT TRUE! That man could care less about his customers. I have been complaining about this camper & how I was treated since the day I purchased it. He has YET to fix the issue. Jake, said to me, ”well, at least you are getting a camper now” after they cashed my 1st check & sold my camper. Like, he was just GIVING me a camper for FREE or something.
