              This business has had my vehicle for the last four months and they have been very slow when working with the warranty company. And this is after they misdiagnosed my vehicle and the warranty company gave them the OK to change the cam phasers . Then three months later they tell me that my engine is gone bad. Finally, they got the authorization to order a new engine to put in my truck. The engine came in last week and they still havent started working on my vehicle. I called and the only thing they could say to me is call back on Monday because the service manager is on emergency leave, but theyre still should be somebody to tell me the status of my vehicle. I have been very patient with this company, but they are the most unorganized place i have overworked with. They have been so sketchy concerning the whole thing that Im afraid they might put a bad engine back into the truck. I just dont trust them anymore.

              Took 3 attempts to have Mustang looked at tech was sick for a few weeks, i can understand. Finally drop car off they look at it but because my car has aftermarket supercharger "*******" they cant connect to my car so they did Nothing but still made me pay for 30 mi of the techs time ***** dollars FOR NOTHING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My time is valuable too but when NO service has been done but want to be paid thats bad business. I told lady on the phone I did not want any joy rides as the car is 750hp to the wheel and they still booked the appointment then cant service due to supercharger Shouldnt they have said something when I said that from the start. DO NOT BRING YOUR MUSTANGS HERE WILL BE POSTING ON ALL MY MUSTANG FORUMS AND CAR GROUPS.......PS also read ALL reviews and I notice the owner only responded to favorable 5 star responses. Check any 1 star reviews here and its *crickets*(Going to BBB Better Business Bureau)
