Do not purchase services or good from this photographer until you do your research! Do not pay upfront. ***** was very unprofessional. She took weeks to return msgs and always had excuses. She presents a premium package at premium prices. I have not received my product after 7 months. I found ***** at a Wedding Expo in Nov23. The initial commitment was $125. I then received a call to discuss the details of the photoshoot and felt pressured into the second commitment of $999. This included the studio session, makeup and hair done. I did my hair myself. The makeup and studio session was the only fun part. After the studio session, I was suppose to receive an email with the price list for the final review of the photos. Never received the emails and rescheduled. The call was 4 hrs and ***** was very pushy, made feel uncomfortable and expressed that the package had to be finalized and paid for the same day. I committed under pressure because I did not want her potentially doing something unprofessional to the photos. There were 33 digital photos, as well as a hard copy "imported from *****", book, received no later than Jan24. 7 months later, no book. I continued to reach out via email and text. ***** took weeks to respond. She continued to make empty promises. There were always excuses regarding her health, family, travel. I received a copy of the digital photos in March24. May24, I received a text stating that there was an issue with the printer. I told her I paid for a hard copy book, just send me what I paid for. I also asked for a copy of the order and a date of when the book will be expected. I still have not received a response from her. I have requested a refund for the second payment and have not received a response regarding the refund. Note, I already paid over $1000 for digital images and have not received anything in return for the remaining balance of $3700+. Again, do not do business with her.. unless you want to pay premium prices and no product.
