I have been coming to get fill dirt occasionally for years. I have always been charged five dollars a load. I knew prices go up so I looked up the website and the price was **** and I was okay with that. Entering the property I asked the employee at the first building if it was $**** and she said yes. I got a little less than a cubic yard because I only needed about half. Going out I gave my credit card and she said it was about $14.00. I told her I was told and the site said $****. I was polite and told her it was always 5 dollars but **** was okay. There was no argument just an issue. Like I said , I looked it up on the website. She left to ask her manager and the man came out insulting me and screaming that I was an idiot to argue over paying double the price. I said its on your website. He denied it. He was abusive and I was afraid he would beat me up. He got in my face screaming and insulting and I tried to remain calm and simply resolve the dispute. I think he was on drugs because his eyes were looking like he wanted to kill. I looked up the site again when I got home and you could tell someone was working on it because the prices went away. I was traumatized by this. I think this man has serious mental problems and I strongly advise not to do any business with this company.
