1. We NEVER arrive to a scheduled appointment in an unmarked service truck. Period. All of our trucks are marked with our company logo as well as professional uniformed service techs.
2. We NEVER subcontract any of our duct cleaning service work. PERIOD. Our staff is NADCA certified and properly trained and has years of professional training to boot.
3. Kohmar will NEVER Private Message (PM) you via a personal account of any social media platform. Our social media messages will only come from our Official Kohmar ADC Pages.
4.We are in constant communication with our staff as well as our clients. There is NEVER a time when you can't ask to speak to a manager or one of the owners. We would be happy to provide you with all of our credentials.
