    This company is a frau Hello I am writing in reference to your ******* Location at the airport. My issue is my flight was at 9:45 pm getting me to the airport before 11 pm and midnight. The flight was delayed. so that means I was not getting to the airport until. :30 am. The Routes car rental place was closed. I was stuck at the airport. I had to get a uber and had no other options for a rental car because the airport was sold out . I attempted to contact them about my issue they didn't care, they were closed that night, so I called the next day they would either not answer, or put me on hold for long periods of times without coming back to the line. Or would be rude. I didn't retrieve a rental car from them at all. they would not answers my calls. they would not refund me. I could see if it was buy fault. The flight was delayed due to weather, so by the time we arrived at the airport to get a shuttle to Routes it was closed. They would not give me a car nor will they refund me. I even disputed it with Expedia they would not credit me saying they have to get a okay from your company to credit me for this. I had a rental care reservation for ****** now I have to pay for something I did not retrieve or use. I would like for some one to either give me a credit for this or refund. I do not want to make this a legal matter, However I will if need be. I just want someone from one of the companies involved to be accountable for this charge, each company keeps putting this issue off on the other company.Expedia says they have to get permission from Routes to refund me. Routes says they didnt charge me so go back to Expedia Please help me. I hate giving bad reviews or contacting BBB over this. I just wantmy money back or a credit for another car.
